Asian suppliers do not always offer the service required by European regulations. We take over this obligation, providing customers with, among other things, a right of withdrawal, claims handling, gravity and warranty.

Transport and customs procedures

At Arpino, we organise the entire import and delivery process of the goods, including customs and transport. We also import goods from also from markets that are difficult to handle, such as India, Chinese, American and British markets.
